No account or password needed. Everything you need to change or cancel an appointment is in the message we send you.

1. After the salon confirms your appointment, Square sends you a text or email.
2. Open that message and tap "Reschedule or Cancel".
3. Choose a new time or cancel — it takes less than a minute.

Changes and cancellations can be made online up to 2 hours before your appointment. Closer than that, please call us.
